He's Here!!!

After almost two days of natural labor both early and active and almost 5 hours of pushing.... Santiago was born via emergency c-section on July 25th at 7:30pm. It was quite a journey and we are all on the mend. I hope to write about it all someday. He is beautiful and we feel so blessed to be his parents. For now we thank you for the prayers as we recover, adjust to new life and wade through the fog of these first couple weeks together.

  14. Kat, I can’t even begin to express how thrilled I am to see this post! I literally have not logged in to blogger in well over a year if not more. You kept popping into my mind lately and today I felt the nudge to come on here and check in on everyone I followed so closely a few years back. I will most certainly be praying a prayer of thanksgiving this evening for your sweet little one. You have been on quite a journey, and I’m so thrilled you have him in your arms! God bless!
